ADVANCE TRAINING KITCHEN :
Set up of Food Production Training Kitchen 2000 sq.ft.carpet area is very convenient to get training of Food preparation for the students. This is ultramodern kitchen with exhaust and fire protection facilities.
BAKERY KITCHEN :
Bakery Kitchen is furnished with OVENS, Refrigerator, Working Tables and all basic requirements of Bakery equipments like fancy moulds, chocolate moulds etc.,
TRAINING HOUSE KEEPING :
House Keeping Lab is equipped with Modern Bed, Furniture and all equipments which is utilized in the Hotel Industries. Its very useful to the students for grasping real practical exposure in an Institute.
TRAINING RESTAURANT :
Training Restaurant is attached with Dispense Bar. It is fully equipped with Cutleries, Crockery in Chinaware, Glass ware, Silver ware, Acrylic items, well carved SIDE BOARD and various sizes of tables.
TRAINING RECEPTION :
Training Reception is furnished with Computer with Printer, EPABX Telephone line, Fax Machine and Racks. Its really helps to the students to get real atmosphere of Hotel Industries. These facilities are guide to acquire excellent practical training knowledge to the students of this Institute.
TRAINING COMPUTER LAB:
This Institute is full-fledged Computers with Internet and Multimedia facilities. All the computers are P4 processor and connected over a local area network(LAN). It has 24 hours Internet facility with highly competitive and professional Oriented Hospitality software (World No.1 - OPERA) are available in our computer lab. So, students can learn very easily and effectively the Internet Applications.
LIBRARY:
The Institute Library has a good collection of books on Hotel Management and Catering Technology discipline. As many as nearly 15 Catering Technology and Hotel Management magazines and journals are subscribing for the benefit and updating knowledge of the students. The new books will be added now and then. Further, to update the knowledge, the Institute is inviting Experts from Industries and Institutions to know about changing latest trends in hospitality industries for the students.
HOSTEL FACILITY:
Hostel facility is separately provided for Boys and Girls under strict rules and regulations. It is situated within the campus. The mess fees will be under the dividing system.
