Catering Technology and Hotel Management Education is an unending dialogue between the Past and Present and it leads to the future knowledge.  OICTHM believes that its prepares one to undertake a profession and prove his efficiency through our system of education and training. Shri. J. Manikandan, M.A., PGDCHM, M.Ed., M.Phil., Founder, Secretary and  Principal. He is having wide knowledge and experience in Hotel Industries and Education Institutions at the topmost level.  So, the founder gives equal importance to both Theory and Practical in the curriculum and also it could be Understood by all levels of wards.

He is  a person to motivate the youths to become as an Entrepreneur/Self employment or worthfull employee of the Hotel Industries.  He delivered number of speeches in International clubs and organized so many functions related to this Industry.  It is because of his untiring efforts and purposive endeavor that this Catering Technology and Hotel Management has been materialized.

Shri. J. Suresh Babu, MBA., PGDCA., Director, travelled  far-reaching land and gathered vast experience and knowledge as an effective marketing personal. He is directly looking after the training and placement for the students of the Institute.  So the students can get Training and Placement effectively in the leading Star Hotels in India and Abroad.  He is closely linked with Multinational Companies and chain group of Hotels in India and Abroad. So Institute has given assurance to the students for providing Training and Placement in leading Star Hotels in India and Abroad after completion of the Course.

In the current Scenario every human being prefers good accommodation, hygienic and delicious food,  pleasant environment wherever they travel throughout the world.  OICTHM understands this current needs of the travelers and hotel guests in India and Abroad.  Hence the management of OICTHM is framed curriculum system according to the current trends of Hotel Industry.  Through this curriculum system students are getting current development in Catering education. So our students will easily accommodate themselves in the Hotel Industry in India and Abroad.

The Institute is located in Uthankudi very near to Mattuthavani  Intergrated busstand Madurai. The busses are flying from all corners of the city to easily access and reach this Institute.
